| The international tango quartet Cuarteto Rotterdam began in 2004 with four musicians in the Tango Department at the Rotterdam Conservatory and comprises the typical tango line-up of bandoneón, violin, piano and bass. It has grown into my most inspiring, multidimensional and instructive group. |

Repertoire We play as many of the different tango épocas or styles as possible, for example guardia vieja, D’Arienzo, Troilo, Di Sarli, Pugliese, Salgán, Piazzolla and music from contemporary tango composers from Buenos Aires and Europe, like Coco Nelegatti, Wim Warman, Eduardo Lettera and Ramiro Gallo. Cuarteto Rotterdam has played at concert and dance venues in Germany, The Netherlands, Switzerland, France and Italy. |
